Working with Dion Johnson

Dion Johnson is an amazing coach, trainer and public speaker. She came to stay for the weekend recently to get my help to take her business to the next level…

As with all my clients who come to stay, Dion had her own room and bathroom in my home so she could relax, rejuvenate, and be able to fire on full cylinders as we worked together.

I started by finding out where she is right now, what successes she had last year, and where she wants to be by the end of 2014.

I then made a series of proposals for new ways for her to work to make a bigger impact and grow her business.

Dion has an opportunity to fly to the States and speak on stage at a conference with more than 1,000 business women in the audience. So we sat at my dining table and I rewrote and re-designed her Speaker Bio, created a separate document containing photos of her on stage, photos of her books and e-products, and so on.

Together we created the titles for 3 new speeches which the conference organisers can choose from to suit the audience and fit in with the other speakers.

For example, Dion had a speech planned on the subject of women standing up for themselves in a male-dominate office environment, so I came up with “Revolting Women: How To Stand Up, Be Heard, And Make An Impact With Feminine Finesse”. That title should make an impact! 🙂
